Parlous Pizza will open its fifth location in a Louisville, Kentucky suburb, in a spot previously occupied by one other pizzeria. Parlour Pizza is anticipated to open in April after some renovations, in response to a report in The Courier-Journal.
Ray Perkins, proprietor of Chubby Ray’s Unique Pizza Co. & Bistro, is retiring and bought his Jeffersontown-based enterprise to Don Robinson, Parlour Pizza’s proprietor.
“Parlour Pizza is extraordinarily excited to be becoming a member of the J-town neighborhood,” Robinson informed the information outlet. “We’re honored Ray selected us to proceed the legacy right here in J City that he is constructed during the last 30 years. We’re actually excited so as to add our fifth location within the Kentuckiana market.”
