Peach Tea Punch with Fruit and Mint Ice Ring
Serves: about 3 quarts

- 1 cup firmly packed mild brown sugar
- 6 cardamom seeds
- 1 vanilla bean, cut up in half
- 3 household dimension tea baggage
- 3 (11-ounce) cans peach nectar
- 1 (11.5-ounce) can frozen white grape juice focus, thawed
- 1 (1-liter) container ginger ale
- ¼ cup peach liqueur
- Fruit and Mint Ice Ring (recipe follows)
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, mix water, brown sugar, cardamom seeds, and vanilla bean; carry to boil over medium-high warmth. Take away from warmth and add tea baggage. Cowl and steep 10 minutes.
- Take away and discard teabags and vanilla bean. Pour right into a 1-gallon container; add peach nectar, and grape juice. Cowl and chill 8 hours or in a single day.

Fruit and Mint Ice Ring
Serves: 1 (9-inch) frozen ring

- 1 (8.5-ounce) can sliced peaches, divided
- 2 cups recent raspberries, divided
- 2 cups recent blackberries, divided
- 12 recent mint sprigs, divided
- 4 cups chilly water, divided
Directions
- Place ⅔ cup of peaches, ⅔ cup raspberries, ⅔ cup blackberries, and 4 mint sprigs in backside of a 4-cup ring mildew. Place in freezer and freeze for quarter-hour.
- Pour in about 1⅓ cups chilly water, protecting fruit. Place in freezer and freeze for two hours, or till stable ice has shaped.
- Repeat course of 2 extra instances with remaining fruit, mint, and water, ending with water, to a depth of 1-inch from rim of spherical mildew.
- To unmold, take away from freezer and place in a bowl of heat water for 30 seconds, or till ring loosens from mildew.
- Place in punch bowl and pour punch over ring.
